Gilbert’s Insurance Agency is appointed with several different carriers in the states of PA and OH. We can offer both occurrence and claims-made policies. We are also able to offer policies with prior acts coverage so you may not have to purchase a tail from your current carrier.

We are well versed in MCARE rules and regulations for the state of PA and we are able to provide the information necessary to complete the abatement application through the state. We are also unique because we write policies with two different carriers that will cover doctors working part of their time in PA and part of their time in OH.

In addition to medical malpractice, we are able to offer life insurance, disability insurance and long-term care policies to our physician clients.
